2Configuration Principle

1 、Pretreatment device before painting operation includes: Degreasing 1, Degreasing 2, Degreasing 3,Rinse with water 1, Rinse with water 2 and others.

3、 Painting: 1 sets

In order to make full use of floor space, the painting room is built under the paint baking room. It is made of section steel, panel and δ1.5 galvanized plate. It includes a room body assembly, air intake and exhaust system, mist treatment systems, air-water separation systems, lighting, water system and other parts. Set direct and reverse painting position ensures that both sides of the workpiece can be no dead ends when

painting. The wall of room is manufactured by square tube and 50mm thick rock wool. The bottom of the room has sump with dug structure. Workers operate in the room. Air intake filtering system is available on top of the ceiling of room. 4、Paint Baking Room

5、 Conveying Device

Considering the weight of the workpiece and hanging manner, we use QXG-250 type hanging conveyor, pitch 250mm, single point lifting weight 50kg.
