Machine Primer series 0102 is suitable for corrosion protection of production plants, machinery, agricultural machinery, etc.
The primer dries quickly and provides good adhesion and corrosion protection. The primer can be topcoated with most alkyd topcoats, incl. Machine Enamel series 0130. The primer is based on urethane alkyd with anti-corrosive pigment. The primer can be thinned with mineral turpentine (0700-79120).

Use:
Anti-corrosive priming of steel. The primer is suitable for corrosion protection of production plants, machinery, agricultural machinery, etc. This product is developed for professional use.
Properties:
Fast drying, good adhesion and corrosion protection. Can be topcoated with most alkyd topcoats, incl. Esbjerg Machine Enamel; if in doubt, please contact our sales department.
Pre-treatment:
Choose either sandblasting to SA 2½ or chemical pre-treatment in accordance with ISO 8501-1. This is recommended. Otherwise, clean the substrate thoroughly of oil, grease, dirt and any loose paint. Old paint must be sanded to a matt finish.
