What is Flame Spray?
Flame spray is a revolutionary new technology in surface treatment. “Flame spray coating” is a term for a thermal spray process that delivers high-quality surface coatings using heat and powder particles made from various metals. Our coatings meet the requirements for corrosion class C5 and are used in extreme environments CX CATEGORY according to ISO 12944 6/9 and with a 10/15-year warranty. What can Flame Spray be used for?
Flame Spray is a highly versatile method and can be used for a wide range of purposes, including:

In essence, the method is a way of spraying a metal coating onto an item to strengthen the structure of the item itself. Flame Spray is an easy and fast way to carry out surface treatment, as the item being sprayed cools down again extremely quickly, so it requires no “drying time” or the like.
