• Mounting the rim
  i. Wrap the main shaft with a ring and insert the cone. Insert the washer and tighten it.
  ii. Remove the large screw and the cone after the rim is clamped.

• Air connection
  i. Connect the air inlet hose to the air supply.
  ii. Adjust the shaft lifting speed with the air valve.

• Power connection
  i. Connect to 220 V/380 V three-phase power.
  ii. Use the control lever to raise and lower the rim.

• Start the machine
  i. Press the on/off button to start spindle rotation.
  ii. Default setting: 30 minutes clockwise + 30 minutes counterclockwise.

• Maintenance tip
  i. Line the bottom of the mixing tank with a wooden or iron plate to extend service life.

4. Polishing process

• Coarse polishing:
  Use 150 kg coarse abrasive media, water, and 0.5 kg coarse grinding compound.
  Duration: 30–40 minutes (depending on surface roughness).

• Fine polishing:
  Use fine ceramic abrasive media (3 mm) and fine polishing compound.
  Duration: approx. 30 minutes (adjust to the desired smoothness).
  Fine polishing can be skipped if the rim is in good condition.
