Description
We can now also offer high-pressure cleaners.
Cleaning of various surfaces and materials with an ultra-high-pressure cleaner:
Cleaning of machine parts, process engineering components, transport containers, valves, etc.
Cleaning of technical surfaces and the surfaces that affect the process
Removal of deposits and paint layers on structures and technical equipment.
Roughening of steel surfaces
Removal of baked-on materials, e.g. due to high process temperatures or from welding shops.
Even difficult and uneven surfaces can be cleaned with high-pressure water. Water jet cleaning and water blasting do not generate dust and also save on purchasing and disposal of blasting media. This generally avoids the associated loads borne by the user, the surface and the environment. As only clean water is used, removed substances can simply be filtered out. There are no residual acids, alkalis or other solvents that must be disposed of. Overall, the materials used, waste volumes and costs are significantly reduced.
Ordinary water is pressurised to 500–1,500 bar by a high-pressure reciprocating plunger pump and sprayed from the nozzle to form a high-speed water jet with strong penetration. A 45° angle acts directly on the surface of the aluminium formwork and adheres to it. The cement is peeled off the aluminium formwork surface to remove the cement crust and will not cause any damage to the aluminium formwork.
Drive mode: motor-driven, diesel-driven optional
Application industries: construction engineering, aluminium processing and manufacturing, aluminium formwork leasing projects, etc.
Applications: cement cleaning of aluminium formwork surfaces, cement cleaning of scaffolding, removal of hard surface build-up, etc.
Select the appropriate machine according to cement strength.
The principle of concrete roughening with ultra-high-pressure water jet equipment:
Using water-cutting technology, high-pressure water pulls out the rough surface with textures on the concrete substrate and inner wall panel. Tile adhesive can penetrate into the interior of the wall, making the tile and wall more stable and reducing residual slurry, mould inhibitor, etc. in the base layer, which can cause hidden quality risks such as hollow drumming.
Under the erosive effect of the high-pressure water jet, the emulsified skin layer on the concrete surface quickly falls off, and the concrete surface becomes rough sand to meet surface-treatment requirements, so the new and old concrete are tightly bonded.
Note:
Different cement grades (concrete strength) require different water pressure.
Advantages:
1. Fast cleaning speed, high efficiency, and chiselling and washing are carried out at the same time, improving cost efficiency.
2. The high-pressure cleaner can flush away the emulsified skin on the concrete surface and avoid the disadvantage of large concrete loss caused by manual chiselling.
3. Prevent damage to the internal structure of the concrete.
4. Reduce dust on the construction site, avoid pollution in the working environment, improve operators’ working conditions, and meet the requirements for civilised construction.
Applications: roads, quay construction, dams, hydropower plants, tunnels, bridges and other concrete structures.
Rust and paint removal – hydro water jet
Efficient cleaning and paint removal with up to 3,000 bar high-pressure water.
High-pressure water treatment delivers high performance in a short time and makes surfaces look like new. The substrate is optimally prepared at the same time. Completely without chemicals. Completely without blasting media. Surface cleaning and refurbishment in one step and with minimal disposal costs. For environmental reasons and due to the high disposal costs of contaminated blasting media, sandblasting is increasingly being replaced worldwide by ultra-high-pressure jet technology.
High-pressure water jetting produces only very low impact forces. Layers are removed selectively without attacking the base material. Damage to structures is also eliminated, as are residues of blasting media. In contrast, sandblasting leaves residues on the treated surface that are not visible to the naked eye, leading to defective coating.
For rust removal: 500–1,500 bar.
For paint removal: at least 1,800 bar.
Sewer and drain cleaning machine
Working principle:
Connect the pipe dredging nozzle to the high-pressure pump via a high-pressure hose and place the nozzle directly at the pipe opening to be dredged. When the high-pressure pump operates, the reaction force generated by the high-pressure water sprayed from the rear of the nozzle is used to quickly push the nozzle forward, and the high-pressure water jets generated by the nozzle at the front and rear are used to quickly clean the pipes. When the hose reel pulls the nozzle back, the high-pressure water flow discharges the dirt flushed away in the pipe out of the sewer pipe.
Drive type:
The equipment uses a petrol engine, diesel engine or electric motor to drive the high-pressure pump to generate a high-pressure water jet.
Application areas:
Used for dredging, removal of blockages and dirt in pipelines for municipalities, communities and industrial parks.
