Description

1. The oven body uses Rockwool insulation boards; the inside is 0.8T galvanized sheet, and the outside is 0.6T colour-coated sheet; the base support is welded from 100*100 rectangular tube.
2. The outer panel of the oven door is made of 2.0T cold-rolled sheet, and the inside is 1.0T galvanized sheet; fully welded assembly.
3. The inner panel for electric heating is welded from 304-1.5T stainless steel; the outer panel matches the oven body, and aluminium silicate wool is added in the middle for thermal insulation.
4. Electric heating, power is 36 kW.
5. Adopts a 1.5 kW high-temperature plug-in circulation fan.
6. The air supply duct is at the bottom of the oven, and bottom air circulates to the heating chamber via the return duct from the top; the return duct is bent from 1.2T galvanized sheet.
7. The control system uses Schneider Electric components, and the microcomputer temperature controller uses a Taiwanese brand; the control mode is fully automatic, with delayed shutdown and alarms.
8. 2 sets of product frames: welded from No. 5 angle steel.
9. 2 sets of mobile trolleys: using 40*60 square tube, No. 5 angle steel welded frame.
10. The equipment electrical power is 39 kW, 380–440 V.
